NC legislators just passed atwo year statewide wind energy moratorium. Since Tennessee recently passed aone year wind energy moratorium, hopefully this is the beginning of a trend. For the first time ever there is acomparisonbetween the effectiveness of key regulations of actual local wind laws. New York was used as a sample state, but the results apply almost anywhere.
