Anybody see a trend change after Kyoto?

Anybody see a trend change after Kyoto?
The European countries were flat or dropping well before Kyoto, a natural consequence of slower population/economic growth and increasing efficiency. You can see where the economic growth is now.
Interesting that the sharp upturn in China's CO2 emissions occurred after we gave China PNTR which resulted in the US losing millions of manufacturing jobs after 2000...
